What is our Refund Policy?

Enrollment Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund up to seven (7) days before the course start date. This allows for a change of plans while respecting the academy’s need to organize resources and staffing.

• Partial Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment less than seven (7) days before the course begins, a 50% refund will be provided. This acknowledges the commitment made by the student while also compensating the academy for the potential loss of a filled seat.

• Pro-Rated Refund: Once the course has started, if a student finds that the training does not meet their expectations or they cannot continue for a valid reason, they may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first week of the course. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining duration of the course.

• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the first week of the course. This policy encourages student commitment and ensures that Orange VFX can maintain the integrity and financial stability of its training programs.

Course Transfer Policy

• Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course or future session before the course start date without any penalty.

Special Circumstances

• Special consideration will be given to the affected student in cases of severe illness, family emergency, or unforeseen life events. Documentation may be required, and refunds or course transfers will be handled individually.

Non-Attendance

• Non-attendance without notification does not constitute withdrawal, and the full course fee will be charged.

Procedure for Requesting Refunds

• To initiate a refund or transfer, students must contact the Orange VFX administration via the official communication channels provided at the time of enrollment.

Final Notes

• Orange VFX reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be issued to all enrolled students in such cases.
• This refund policy will be communicated to students at the time of enrollment, and they will be required to acknowledge their understanding and agreement.
