We are searching for highly skilled Compositors to join our dynamic team. Whether you are an accomplished Mid-level compositor looking to refine your eye for photorealism or a Senior compositor ready to lead complex shot execution and inspire a team, if you have a passion for seamlessly blending layered elements using Nuke and After Effects, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Compositor, you will be responsible for crafting our projects’ final visual effects shots. Your responsibilities will scale based on your experience level:

• Seamlessly integrate all layers and elements of a shot, including live-action footage, matte paintings, and multi-pass computer graphics (CG), into a single, cohesive visual narrative.

• Work closely with VFX Supervisors, Lighting Artists, and the broader 3D team to ensure each shot meets the highest visual standards and perfectly aligns with the director’s vision.

• Maintain a strict eye for colour continuity, lighting, contrast, and physical camera properties (such as depth of field, motion blur, and lens distortion) across all sequences.

• Troubleshoot complex compositing challenges and provide creative, efficient solutions to meet production deadlines.

• For Senior Level: Take ownership of complex “hero” shots and high-priority sequences, manage advanced setups (such as deep compositing or intricate 3D camera projections), and actively mentor mid-level and junior artists to maintain the studio’s high-quality standards.

A certificate, diploma, or degree in Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent professional production experience).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Compositor within a fast-paced VFX, film, or animation studio pipeline.

• High proficiency in Foundry Nuke and Adobe After Effects is an absolute must.

• A masterful understanding of colour spaces, contrast, detail, and a flawless eye for composition and timing.

• Strong knowledge of 2.5D and 3D compositing principles, including multi-pass CG compositing, tracking, roto/prep integration, and 3D camera projection setups.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to thrive under tight deadlines.

• For Senior Track: A proven track record of finaling complex, high-end shots, alongside a deep understanding of technical pipeline optimisation, scripting (Python/TCL is a bonus), and advanced node-based workflows.

• A compelling and up-to-date showreel demonstrating high-end compositing work, specifically featuring shot breakdowns that showcase your ability to integrate CG and live-action elements flawlessly.
