You will develop high-value professional habits: daily asynchronous stand-ups, de-escalation of ambiguous client feedback, strict directory and versioning control, and technical pre-flight QC reviews under pressure.
Operating as a remote employee from day one, you will face live client simulation drills, peer handoff audits, and time-zone management challenges. Focus: Establishing absolute folder hygiene, version control discipline, Kitsu/ClickUp pipeline literacy, and SLA quality control.
