JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Colourist, you will be the final creative touchpoint, responsible for the ultimate aesthetic and colour continuity of our projects. Your responsibilities will scale based on your experience level:

Perform primary and secondary colour correction, precise shot matching, and final grading for live-action, VFX-heavy sequences, and fully animated projects.

Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and VFX Supervisors to establish and maintain the desired mood, look, and visual continuity across entire productions.

Manage colour pipelines, create custom LUTs, and ensure all final exports strictly meet broadcast and cinematic delivery specifications.

Training & Mentorship: Actively participate in our educational initiatives by developing grading curricula, conducting workshops, and training junior artists or academy students in the art and technical science of colour grading.

For Senior Level: Take ownership of master looks for high-profile projects, troubleshoot complex colour pipeline or ACES workflow issues, and take a lead role in designing and delivering training programmes for the department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A certificate, diploma, or degree in Film, Post-Production, Cinematography, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Colourist in a post-production, broadcast, or VFX studio environment.

Mastery of Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve is an absolute must, including an advanced understanding of its node-based grading workflows.

A deep, technical understanding of colour theory, cinematic lighting, and modern colour management pipelines (e.g., ACES, Rec.709, HDR, log workflows).

A strong eye for detail, contrast, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to elevate the emotional impact of a scene through colour.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability and willingness to teach, mentor, and clearly explain complex technical concepts to trainees.

For Senior Track: A proven track record of finaling high-end cinematic or commercial projects, alongside demonstrable experience in leading teams or instructional training.

A compelling and up-to-date showreel that highlights your grading capabilities, specifically featuring before-and-after shot breakdowns and seamless sequence matching.
