To maintain high-quality instruction and specialised equipment, Orange VFX operates on a strict “Reserved Seat” basis.

• Registration & Administrative Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 is required for every course enrollment (whether taken as a standalone course or as part of a larger module). This covers processing, licensing, and administrative overhead.
• Payment Completion: Tuition must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan prior to the course start date. Failure to complete payment may result in the forfeiture of the seat.

Orange VFX incurs costs immediately upon scheduling (instructor retainers, workstation allocation, and software licenses). Our refund policy reflects these “sunk costs.”

VFX and animation training require consistency. To protect the integrity of the learning cohort:

• Abandonment Rule: Any student who misses three (3) consecutive sessions without prior written notice or a documented medical emergency will be flagged as having “Abandoned the Course.”
• Forfeiture: Abandoning a course results in the immediate forfeiture of all fees paid. The studio is under no obligation to provide a refund or credit for classes missed due to abandonment.

We understand that life happens. If a student is unable to complete a course they have started, the following applies:

• Training Credit: In lieu of a refund, the student may request a “Training Credit” valid for six (6) months.
• Resumption Fee: To re-enroll in a later cohort for a course previously started or deferred, the student must pay a ₦20,000 Resumption Fee. This fee covers the cost of re-allocating resources and seat management for the new session.
• Availability: Resumption is subject to seat availability in the requested cohort.

To ensure the student receives the high-quality training promised:

• Syllabus Guarantee: Orange VFX commits to delivering the full scope of the course syllabus.
• Instructor Quality: The studio ensures that all instructors are industry professionals. If an instructor is unable to lead a session, a make-up session will be scheduled at no extra cost to the student.
• Grievance Redress: If a student feels the training quality is not meeting the documented standards, they must submit a formal complaint in writing within the first week of the course for the studio to investigate and rectify.
