Technical Support: Trainee

As a Technical Support team member, you will be the first point of contact, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues. You’ll work closely with our creative and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of workstations and office equipment.
- Document issues and solutions, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Support the creative team with basic design-related technical queries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently serving NYSC member in Lagos (Surulere or nearby preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Who Can Apply?
- Strictly for NYSC members currently serving in Lagos.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Surulere for ease of commute.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with design software such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Illustrator is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting (hardware/software).
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Knowledge of digital content creation or creative industries.
