As a Technical Support team member, you will be the first point of contact, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues. • Currently serving NYSC member in Lagos (Surulere or nearby preferred).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Who Can Apply?

• Strictly for NYSC members currently serving in Lagos.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Surulere for ease of commute.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with design software such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Illustrator is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting (hardware/software).
• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
• Knowledge of digital content creation or creative industries.
