We are looking to hire a dedicated Instructional Designer to lead the delivery of a large-scale training program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring learning pathways, managing learner assessments, and ensuring the quality of training delivery through our Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Curriculum Delivery: oversee the deployment of the full curriculum and ensure seamless access to the LMS for all participants.
• Session Coordination: Manage and coordinate synchronous sessions, including live demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and workshops.
• Assessment Management: Administer entry and exit tests, oversee portfolio reviews, and manage the certification process for successful candidates.
• Learner Support: Facilitate community engagement by managing peer activities, guides, and the resource hub to ensure student success.
• Reporting: Track learner progress and verify completion milestones to ensure training objectives are met within the 3-month program window.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed), a relevant certification in Instructional Design, or a B.Sc/HND with a proven track record in a similar training capacity.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in instructional design, training coordination, or education management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital assessment tools.
• Location: Must reside in Lagos and be available for an onsite role.
• Availability: Must be available to resume immediately.
