• Community Management & Moderation: Actively manage, moderate, and grow our Discord community, ensuring a welcoming and collaborative space for all students.
• Student Success Tracking: Follow up on student projects, assignments, and overall progress to encourage timely completion and address any roadblocks.
• Platform Administration: Manage and maintain the student portal, ensuring all resources and information are up to date.
• Internal Communications: Promptly communicate key updates, academy announcements, and upcoming activities to the student body.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging activities, including mostly virtual and occasional physical events, interactive quizzes, games, and other initiatives to enrich the student experience.
• Content Creation: Leverage video editing tools to create short, engaging content that highlights community activities and student achievements.

• NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving NYSC member with a minimum of 6 months left before the completion of your service year.
• Location: Must currently reside and be serving in Lagos, available for an onsite role.
• Digital & Social Savvy: Highly proficient in social media platforms, community management tools (especially Discord), and digital communication best practices.
• Content Skills: Knowledge of content creation and video editing, specifically with tools like CapCut, is a strong advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for building relationships and fostering engagement.
• Gender Preference: Female corps members are strongly encouraged to apply for this role.
